CPCA: "Golden September" opens soft — NEV penetration still 67.9%

For September 1–20, China's passenger-car retail reached 878,000 units, down 22 % YoY (up 8 % vs August), while new-energy retail was 596,000 units, down 9 % YoY (up 14 % vs August) for a 67.9 % NEV penetration. Charging network passes 24.2M connectors; BYD tops 2,000 flash-charge sites
